These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application System Life, published by Bertrand Perrier, operating under the brand Stat-Up. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms in full.
System Life is a personal development mobile application available on Google Play. It offers daily quests in the areas of fitness, mental wellness, and productivity, designed to help users improve their lifestyle habits through gamification mechanics (experience points, levels, ranks, streaks).
The application is purely informational and motivational. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or professional coaching service.
Access to System Life requires the creation of a user account, either with an email address and password, or via Google Sign-In. The application is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. Any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported immediately to contact@systemlife.app.
System Life offers a limited free tier as well as premium subscriptions:
Payments are processed through Google Play, with subscription management facilitated by our partner RevenueCat. Prices displayed at the time of purchase include all applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play account settings: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): Under Articles L.221-18 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and equivalent EU law), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, by purchasing a premium subscription and using premium features immediately upon purchase, you expressly acknowledge that the digital service is activated and consumed immediately, and you waive your right of withdrawal for the activated subscription period.
No refund will be granted for the current subscription period once activated, except where required by applicable law or by the Google Play refund policy.

Stat-Up reserves the right to moderate any username or content visible to other users (notably on the leaderboard) that violates these rules.
All content within System Life (quests, texts, design, logo, code, audio, illustrations) is the exclusive property of Bertrand Perrier / Stat-Up and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Custom quests created by the user remain associated with the user's account and may be deleted upon account deletion.
System Life processes personal data (email address, username, gameplay data) in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés). Full details of processing, retention periods, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
The application relies on the following sub-processors:
System Life is a wellness application provided for informational and motivational purposes. It does not constitute professional medical, sports, nutritional, or psychological advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before undertaking any intensive physical or mental program.
Stat-Up cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the application, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We strive to keep System Life available at all times. However, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or service-improvement reasons, with or without prior notice. Stat-Up shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Google Play, Supabase, network operators).
Stat-Up shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, network outages, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
We may modify these Terms at any time. In the event of a substantial change, you will be notified by email or via an in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree, you may terminate your account before the new terms take effect.
You may stop using System Life at any time and request the deletion of your account via this page or by contacting contact@systemlife.app.
Account deletion takes effect within 30 days of your request. Certain data may be retained beyond that period only where required by applicable law (notably billing records retained for 10 years under French commercial law). All other personal data is permanently deleted.
Stat-Up reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms, after written notice when reasonably practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stat-Up regarding the use of System Life, and supersede any prior communication or agreement, whether oral or written.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after a prior attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may grant jurisdiction to the courts of your place of residence.
